3.3 Pricing: All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. However, delivery charges, handling fees, and other costs may be additional and will be clearly stated before finalizing your order.
4. ORDERING PROCESS
4.1 Placing an Order: When you place an order on the Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the specified Products. Once we receive your order, we will confirm its receipt via email. This does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
4.2 Order Confirmation: Your order will be accepted once ERA Solutions processes it and confirms the shipping details via an order acceptance email. You have the right to cancel the order before receiving the order confirmation.
4.3 Payment Terms: Payment for Products must be made through one of the available payment methods on the Website, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or cash on delivery (COD). If payment is made via card or digital wallet, the payment must be processed before shipping.
4.4 Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order by contacting our customer service within 24 hours after placing the order. If the order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
5.1 Shipping Areas: ERA Solutions provides delivery services across Egypt, except for certain remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability of the product.
5.2 Shipping Fees: Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout and are based on the delivery address and product weight. Some promotions may offer free shipping.
5.3 Delivery Timeframe: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, with delivery typically occurring within 3–7 business days. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as stock availability or logistical issues.
5.4 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you when the Products are delivered to the designated shipping address.
6. CONSUMER RIGHTS AND RETURNS
6.1 Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Product, provided that the Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
6.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, you must contact ERA Solutions customer service within the 14-day period. The Product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.
6.3 Exceptions to Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

12. FORCE MAJEURE
ERA Solutions will not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
